Hotel had a central location within walking distance historical monuments etc shops, restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities within the hotel accommodated for families wanting to cook their own meals ( Good for Kids). Whilst in a busy area, could not hear traffic in the rooms.Continental breakfast provided, however as the restaurant was small in comparison to the number of guests, you would it would be difficult to find a table to eat. However, staff were more than willing to assist you in taking a tray to your room. Totally civilised and good value for money.
The only complaint I have, is that having worked within a company associated with hotel cleaning I am quite particular. However, apart from finding human hair in the cutlery drawer every thing was fine.
The kitchenette was perfect for us an offset some of the high price of the large accommodation
Its location was great and was reasonably priced
The location for shopping and swimming pool were excellent.
The breakfast room gets very crowded as everyone converges there in the final 30 minutes .
We had a wonderful stay, the hotel desk staff was very good, Michael at front desk helped us with everything that we need, we were amazed with their generosity and humbleness while they helped us to make the trip as one of our most wonderful trips.
Like that they are suites and kitchen facilities
Small elevator pool and patio area closed at 10 pm
The staff were couteous and helpful but also not intursive. The room was big and comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't too loud. It was great to be able to prepare breakfast in the suite. The beds were very comfortable.
Cleanliness, order, care atention.
The rooms were spacious and clean, had practical kitchenettes, comfortable beds, quiet location and free wifi. Breakfast was complimentary. The rooftop pool and patio had a great view. The location was perfect for downtown shopping, and evening dining and entertainment. It was also close to the subway. Our party required 3 rooms and we were all put on the same floor next to each other. Overall a perfect hotel experience.
The staff were nice and worked well.
Nice room. However mine was an upgrade from room to suite so of course it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms actually have windows to open and even better a balcony. And finally, the indoor pool on the top floor has a great view.
Very problematic pricing. This hotel does not feel it has to advertise itself properly, so I did not know all the taxes would be added at the end. I was given a Total Price by Booked.net that did not correspond to what the hotel charged me. This entailed a long argument because they simply did not care that they had advertised one price and charged me another. This is a general problem in Montreal: there are so many taxes and enforced tips that one must take the price listed as only a starting point. Be very careful and do not expect any concern: Montreal will eventually lose its appeal, but so far the industry could care less about its customers.
satifsied in every respect
the rooms were large, and this was good , as we were three generations traveling together. although we did not use them, we were happy to have kitchens too..
back entrance was a bit "spookey"
Location and the wide space of the suite
Location was great. We liked the design/layout of the rooms and would definitely consider for our next stay in Montreal.
The balconies could be renovated.
